What is the #BUZZforPMH Lemonade Fundraiser?
The Beehive Alliance is making a buzz by kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month with our grassroots Lemonade Stand movement. We're proud to involve kids and families in this fundraiser to help stop pediatric mental health stigmas from the ground up.
How does it work? Generous families volunteer to host stands, and all money raised goes to The Kids' Mental Health Foundation and Nationwide Children's Behavioral Health Pavilion. Follow along on Instagram, @BeehiveAlliance and #BuzzforPMH, as the stands report their earnings and support from across the country pours in via Venmo @thebeehivealliance & Zelle (no fees!) Finance@thebeehivealliance.com
It's a fantastic way to involve kids and change our communities!
What does the Beehive Alliance provide? We provide a packet (download above) with information about the cause, hosting a stand, and activities for families. The lemonade and materials for the stands are graciously donated by the families hosting the stands.
Do we need to be in Columbus?
No! We have families hosting stands in many states. The money raised will support programs that benefit children across the country.
When will the grand total be announced?
At the end of May on our Instagram! @BeehiveAlliance
Can we host our stand on a different day?
Yes! You can host a stand whenever works best for you and your family!
Are you accepting corporate or personal matches?
Yes! Please email katie@thebeehivealliance.com if you are interested in making a matching gift. See below for more collaboration options!
Is there a rain date?
Yes! Our rain date for the official stand is May 17th. You can hold your stand any day in May!
Can I donate without hosting a stand?
Yes! All donations can be made through our website or Zelle (Finance@thebeehivealiance) or Venmo @TheBeehiveAlliance . Thank you for your generosity!
