  • Beehive Alliance| Free Children's Mental Wellness Fair

    The Beehive Alliance Partners presents our annual free back-to-school Bee Kind Back-To-School Kick Off mental welness fair in Columbus Ohio. Bee Kind Back-to-School Kick Off Created in 2021 as a response to increasing back-to-school anxiety, we are excited for our 5th annual FREE mental wellness fair! Get ready for a fun and meaningful day where children will build their very own mental health toolbox filled with helpful tools and strategies they can use all school year long! Kids will explore hands-on activities, learn ways to take care of their minds and hearts, and discover how being kind to themselves can help them spread kindness to others. Meanwhile, caregivers can connect with community experts and gather resources to support their children's mental wellness. Join us as we kick off the school year feeling strong, supported, and ready to thrive! This fun & engaging event will include activities like yoga, kindness kits to be donated, affirmation pictures, kindness rocks, a take-home plant, information and resources from partners, and more! Join us for our fifth annual evening of squashing stigmas: Party In the Patch Thursday, October 9th 2025 4:30 -7:30 pm Come support our efforts to raise funds for Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Behavioral Health Pavilion and Kids Mental Health Foundation and the many inpatient and outpatient mental health services they provide to youth in need. At this private event at Lynd Fruit Farm, there will be plenty to eat, fun fall activities for the entire family. Create a buzz around pediatric mental health and raise money for life-saving programs and resources - one cup at a time! Thank you to all who helped make our 2024 lemonade stand fundraiser such a success! With your support, we were able to raise $30,000 for pediatric mental health. The Beehive Alliance is making a buzz by kicking off Mental Health Awareness Month with our grassroots Lemonade Stand movement. We're proud to involve kids and families in this fundraiser to help stop pediatric mental health stigmas from the ground up. So what is it? Generous families volunteer to host stands, and all money raised goes to On Our Sleeves and Nationwide Children's Behavioral Health Pavilion. Follow along on Instagram, @BeehiveAlliance and #BuzzforPMH, as the stands report their earnings and support from across the country pours in via Venmo @thebeehivealliance. It's a fantastic way to involve kids and change our communities. What does the Beehive Alliance Provide? We provide a packet (download above) with information about the cause, hosting a stand, and activities for families. The lemonade and materials for the stands are graciously donated by the families hosting the stands. FAQ Do we need to be in Columbus? No! We have families hosting stands in many states. The money raised will support programs that benefit children across the country. When will the grand total be announced? At our A Night In the Hive event on May 18th and on our social media @BeehiveAlliance. Can we host our stand on a different day? Yes! You can host a stand whenever works best for you and your family! Are you accepting corporate or personal matches? Yes! Please email katie@thebeehivealliance.com if you are interested in making a matching gift. Is there a rain date? Yes!
