Our 4th annual mental health fair Co-Presented with Seeds of Caring! Children will learn mental health tools, engage in service activities, and explore the link between self-kindness and kindness to others. Caregivers will have the opportunity to meet community experts.

About the Event
This year we have TWO sessions to reach more families! Please RSVP through Seeds of Caring to help us prepare our materials.
Session 1: 1 - 3 pm RSVP HERE
Sessions 2*: 3 - 5 pm RSVP HERE
*Session 2 ends promptly at 5 pm. Please arrive with plenty of time to complete the fun activities!
Who this in-person service event for:
School-aged children 5-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome!
